You do not need to take malaria pills. If you have lived in Kenya and not died from the various strains of malaria, your immune system is ngumu. Remember back home any sickness is 'malaria'. We were discussing tropical diseases once in some class in undergrad and in passing I mentioned I had had malaria before and you would have thought I said I had AIDS LOL!
