All Gone…
Yesterday I was bragging to Mental Acrobatics about how organised my RSS reader is. I have folders for everything including a Limbo folder where I place new found blogs for about a month before deciding whether to upgrade them to the favourites folder or to delete them.
I felt so proud of myself….until later on when I re-opened my RSS reader. Everything was gone!!!! All my feeds and folders – GONE!!
Now I have to look for another RSS reader and don’t even know where to start.
There are only 2 RSS readers that I can recommend (and believe me i have evaluated over 20 over them)
1) FeedDeemon (http://brandsoft.com)
2) RSS Bandit (http://rssbandit.org)
The only problem with FeedDemon is that it’s not free. However it is the ultimate best. RSSBandit is very free and is a close second. What’s so good about them? The all time killer feature is the ability to read all your unread feeds in one page, and not one at a time — no clicking of the headers. This can save you lots and lots of time!You can also search your feeds, backup everything to your machine or to a server…. In summary, these are the SHIZNIT!!!

Like M i use RssBandit as well. It is open source which is an additional plus for it as well.
