1) FeedDeemon (http://brandsoft.com)
2) RSS Bandit (http://rssbandit.org)
The only problem with FeedDemon is that it’s not free. However it is the ultimate best. RSSBandit is very free and is a close second. What’s so good about them? The all time killer feature is the ability to read all your unread feeds in one page, and not one at a time — no clicking of the headers. This can save you lots and lots of time!You can also search your feeds, backup everything to your machine or to a server…. In summary, these are the SHIZNIT!!!
