People who have done it say it really works and helps them live better. Back in shaggs i know people have other detoxing methods that are not very cute eg herbal laxatives. I tried it once and lets just say it was not a fun experience. We were in the corn fields all day and I will spare you the details. But you do feel ‘cleansed’ after everything 🙂
