This has been the longest day ever. It is the day before the opening, the National AIDS commission had an after work meeting and the Croc Wrestler has travelled to Belmopan for his farewell Belize party.<\/p>\n

The office opening stuff is going well however the AIDS week stuff is another matter. At the meeting we presented our posters and someone decided that the (a) the time for the vigil should be changed and that (b) instead of selling candles to raise money we should just give them away and ask for donations (c) our main speaker is not available, neither is the back up speaker.<\/p>\n

I was in desperate need of a drink when I met with the other volunteers to say bye to the Croc Wrestler. I shall miss him being here in Belize but England isn’t that big a place…I am sure we shall meet up.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
