\n1. 1st Glimpse of Daylight<\/u><\/b>
\nSince I arrived on Tuesday I have not seen a single bit of daylight – until today. When I landed it was dark and due to my body running 6 hours behind GMT I have slept all day barely waking up in time to catch people on MSN and just in time to start using up my free call time. Its been great. In fact the only thing that has me awake this early is (a) I haven’t slept since yesterday and (b) I didn’t want to miss Chitty Chitty Bang Bang<\/b><\/i> on ITV today. <\/p>\n

2.Hermit Life<\/u><\/b>
\nThis is related to number 1 above; I haven’t stepped outside the house since the day I got back. Thanks to the internet and the phone I can communicate with my friends from the comfort of my apartment. The only thing that has persuaded me to leave the house is the lack of Tia Maria and wrapping paper for Mich’s present.<\/p>\n

3. I Have a Thing for Men with Dreads<\/u><\/b>
\nYes, I know I am engaged and yes I love Mich 110% but oooooh…there is just something about men with locks. Ok not all of them because I know there a few out there who are not representing but most men who are locked will have me turning my head.<\/p>\n

4.Boy Band Fan<\/u><\/b>
\nI like boy bands. N-Sync, Backstreet Boys, Five, E-17..and any other baggy-trouser- hip-hop faking- wannabe black – boy band that ever lived (apart from New Kids on The Block). I am a big fan. I can’t explain it. I will sing a long, practice dance moves and if my broke-ass allowed me, I would buy the singles. There I said it.<\/p>\n

5.Reality TV Addict<\/u><\/b>
\n99% of the time I will watch serious TV but the minute we hit Big Brother season…something happens to me. I will watch it on TV and I will read about on the net. My defence – it runs in the family. I know two family members who I would speak to nightly about the goings on in the BB house.<\/p>\n

6.I Hate Apathy<\/u><\/b>
\nI can not understand how some people go through life without being passionate about anything. It gets on my nerves. I do not care whether or not I agree with your cause – I will still respect you for dedication. I just do not get people who don’t give a damn…find a cause or quit living and make space for someone else. <\/p>\n

7.People Who Like Animals More Than People<\/u><\/b>
\nYou know those people…those who claim they never want children but it’s ok with them becuase their cat fluffy is like a daughter. WTF? These people need to consult their Bible, somewhere in Genesis I am sure God clearly stated that we are slightly above animals.<\/p>\n

8.I am Very Close to My Family<\/u><\/b>
\n I mean family in the African sense – as in not just mum and dad but aunties, uncles, cousins. We Africans don’t do that whole 1st cousin twice removed stuff, you are either mum, dad, grandma, grandpa, sister, brother or else aunty, uncle or cousin. I realised when I was in Belize just how close I was to my family. Even the most simple of decisions could not be reached unless I had emailed at least one family member. I love them all.<\/p>\n

9.I Smoke<\/u><\/b>
\nI have had enough of having to edit photographs taken in a nightclub, having to chew gum depending on who I am going to meet, constanly spraying my clothes etc. I am 26 years old and most people know I smoke anyway so I am outing myself once and for all….the rest of you closet smokers can chill…I won’t out you…yet \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

10.Secret Blog<\/u><\/b>
\nI have a secret blog. I registered it a while ago but I have been too scared to start writing. I shall never tell anyone the name of my secret blog…that’s why its secret.<\/p>\n
